Eliza St John

"There's too much sadness in the world, so why not bring on the laughs!"
 
Born in Sydney Australia, Eliza spent her youth dressing up in her Mum's clothes, shoes and pearls. After a successful improvisation class in her early years of high school, she fell in love with the adrenalin rush of theatre. Eliza formalised her theatrical and screen studies at the Actor's Centre Australia, Screenwise and then in the US, attending workshops at the Actor's Studio in NY and with Eric Morris in LA. Returning from the states Eliza remained focused and active by performing in independent features, short films and theatrical productions.

Venturing back to LA to continue her studies, she met Chantelle Gooch and together they created FAYMIS the web series. In 2009, Eliza formed Moth Is Productions in which she continues to devise projects for both stage and screen.
